At Sparrow & Grace Hair Studio, our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for. While we stand behind the quality of our services and products, we do have a few policies in place to maintain fairness and consistency for all of our clients.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and schedules can change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of all scheduled service(s). This fee will be due at the time of your next appointment.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee will be due at the time of your next appointment.
For new clients, the cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.. We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding as we do our best to accommodate all of our clients.
Services
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on any salon services. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We're happy to make adjustments to ensure you're happy with the results.
Retail Products
We are unable to offer refunds on retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, or styling products. However, if a product is unused or has only been used once and just isn't the right fit, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
